Receive your exchange
Size, colour, or an alternative piece — value differences paid or credited. Approved refunds return to your payment method within [EDIT: 5–10] working days.
What cannot be returned
Worn, altered or washed items; items without tags; custom and made-to-measure pieces [EDIT: confirm]; final-sale items.
Faulty items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs — we will repair, replace or refund, including delivery costs. Nothing here limits your rights under Nigerian consumer protection law.
